Jennifer Harter

Proud native Austinite and lifelong lover of all things books and learning! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ’em! 🤘) and now teach 8th Grade English Language Arts and Reading, where I get to share my love of reading and writing with my incredible students. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me with a book in hand, planning my next travel adventure, or spending time with my husband and our three amazing (and very busy) kids. I believe English class should be a place to think deeply, laugh a little, and discover the power of words—and I’m excited to learn alongside my students every day.
